As the only carbon fiber composite solutions provider exhibiting at the event, HRC showcased its innovations for the sixth consecutive year in the Automobile and Smart Mobility Pavilion (Hall 2.1). Spanning three dimensions—low-altitude, ground, and aerospace mobility—HRC presented a range of breakthrough technologies and new products that underscore the power of advanced materials in redefining the future of mobility.

Global Debut of the LEU100 Drone: Opening a New Chapter in Low-Altitude Economy

As one of China’s earliest composite manufacturing enterprises to enter the low-altitude sector, HRC used this year’s CIIE as a key platform to demonstrate its comprehensive technological layout. With the “low-altitude economy” emerging as a central focus of the Expo, HRC’s strategic foresight and industry value drew wide attention.

At the event, HRC unveiled the LEU100, a medium-sized electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) logistics drone, marking its first public appearance worldwide. Developed by Range Aviation—an emerging pioneer in aviation technology—the LEU100 has a maximum takeoff weight of 140 kg, a range of 200 km, a cruising speed of 120 km/h, and a payload capacity of 55 kg, making it ideal for logistics, medical rescue, emergency relief, and remote sensing missions.

HRC played an integral role in the LEU100’s structural design and manufacturing, providing end-to-end support from airframe design, materials development, engineering simulation, and precision fabrication to final assembly and compliance verification. Through these efforts, HRC helped achieve significant weight reduction, improved assembly efficiency, and optimized structural performance, ensuring the aircraft’s overall reliability and safety.

With China’s low-altitude economy poised for rapid growth, HRC—recognized as a key Tier 1 supplier—has participated in the R&D and production of multiple leading domestic aircraft models. Collaborating with top OEMs such as XPENG AEROHT, AEROFUGIA, AEROONE, Yitong UAV, Xi’an Aircraft Company, Air White Whale, and Range Aviation, HRC continues to advance the low-altitude ecosystem through its full-spectrum capabilities in carbon fiber composite technologies.

Next-Generation Automotive Components: Redefining Ground Mobility

At a pivotal moment for lightweight and intelligent automotive development, HRC continues to solidify its leadership in carbon fiber component innovation. Building on several successful flagship products, the company unveiled a new lineup at CIIE that merges cutting-edge design with extreme performance.

Aerospace Breakthroughs: Empowering the Future of Flight

In the field of commercial aviation, HRC has become a trusted partner in the global aerospace supply chain, collaborating with major OEMs such as Airbus and COMAC. At CIIE, the company showcased a cabin door beam manufactured using high-pressure resin transfer molding (HP-RTM) technology. The component offers low porosity, exceptional dimensional stability, and high precision, with a production cycle as short as 15 minutes. Combining light weight, high performance, and mass production capability, it fully meets the modern aviation industry’s demands for efficiency and scalability.

Leveraging these advances, HRC has developed a range of sustainable products certified under ISO 14067:2018 carbon footprint standards, including next-generation injection molding pellets, thermoplastic mats, and construction templates. These materials have already expanded into applications such as automotive underbody panels and center console brackets—proving their maturity, performance, and commercial potential across multiple industries.

For six consecutive years, HRC has embraced the openness and collaboration embodied by the China International Import Expo. Moving forward, the company will continue to join hands with global partners to unlock the limitless potential of advanced materials and shape a smarter, greener future for mobility.
