Marking its debut appearance at IAA Mobility, HRC presented a comprehensive portfolio of carbon fiber composite innovations under the theme “Sustainable • Smart • Stylish.” As a global leading composite solutions provider, HRC attracted strong interest from automotive OEMs, suppliers, and industry professionals worldwide.

Among the highlights was HRC’s Carbon Fiber Recycling Ecosystem, demonstrating how waste materials can be transformed into high-value intermediates and end-use components, offering a practical model for circular economy in composites. The company also unveiled its Carbon Fiber Hybrid Monocoque, achieving significant weight reduction compared to traditional metal structures, alongside a range of exterior and interior parts that combine lightweighting with striking design and scalability for mid-segment vehicles.

HRC also emphasized its commitment to the European market. Following the 2024 acquisition of Compositex in Italy, the company has established a localized value chain covering material R&D, tooling, product design, engineering validation, and pilot production. Guided by the principle of “In Europe, for Europe,” HRC is ready to expand capacity to meet diverse market demands, while leveraging its large-scale manufacturing base in China to strengthen global competitiveness.

At a press event held during the show, HRC’s Chief Technology Officer Giacomo Dal Busco shared insights into the company’s sustainable innovation strategy. He emphasized that HRC is among the few companies worldwide capable of integrating composite development, industrialization, recycling, and reuse into a complete closed-loop ecosystem. Through proprietary recycling technologies, HRC achieves low-energy, chemical-free recovery processes, with recycled fibers retaining more than 95% of their original mechanical performance—resulting in carbon emissions of less than 5% compared to virgin fiber production.
