Mold design

HRC develops product molds by adopting CAD/CAE/Reverse-Technique, and can achieve RMCP mold design with high precision and quality, integrated with fully-automatic production line, including compression molds, Autoclave molds, RTM molds and hand lay-up molds.

Simulation

Professional simulation design team applying international software like Abaqus / ANSYS / Fe-safe to conduct failiure, lifetime, dynamic, bonding modeling, laminination analysis, etc.

Prototype Building

Composite prototype and sample in different quantities and batches can be manufactured with a series of traditional production equipment, e.g. hot press, RTM, etc.

Assembly

We are capable of realizing connection and assembly among components made of multiple materials, like CFRP with steel, CFRP with aluminum. Assembly will be finished by mechanical connection, adhesive bonding and hybrid joint in manual or automation process.

Test

Our test service for CFRP part includes

• Raw material test including tensile and compressive, bending, shear test
• Non-destructive part test such as ultrasound wave, and X-ray.
• Detection for precision of geometry dimension and surface, e.g. laser CMM
